Roasted Sunchoke Soup

Serves 20
Ingredients:
5 lbs Sunchokes, scrubbed clean, roasted
3 quarts chicken stock
1 quart milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth. Taste to adjust seasoning.
